Lorente Plumbing Services Inc. works out of Miami, Florida, serving homes and businesses throughout Miami-Dade County. We describe ourselves as plumbing specialists because that is where the majority of our work sits — installation, repair, emergencies, drains, leaks, gas and sewer — but the licenses we hold go considerably further than a plumbing contractor's.

We are certified by the State of Florida as a building contractor, a mechanical and A/C contractor, a roofing contractor, and an underground utility and excavation contractor. Four licenses, one company. In practice that means the jobs other plumbers walk away from — a sewer lateral under a driveway, a vent stack failing where it passes through the roof, a bathroom that needs a wall moved before the plumbing can be rerouted — are jobs we can legally and competently finish ourselves.

Our approach is not complicated. We answer the phone, including at 3 a.m. We give a free estimate in writing before we start. We explain what failed and why in language that does not require a trade background. We pull permits when permits are required. And we guarantee the work, which means if something is not right after we leave, we come back.

Residential and commercial, equally

On the residential side we handle everything from a running toilet in a Kendall townhouse to a full repipe of a 1950s Coral Gables home whose galvanized supply lines finally gave out. On the commercial side we keep restaurant grease lines clear, service offices and retail spaces after hours, and take multi-family and association work where coordination matters as much as the plumbing.

The through-line is the same either way: we would rather tell you a repair will hold than sell you a replacement you do not need, and we would rather tell you honestly that a system is finished than take your money to patch it a fourth time.
