We collect only the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of the work you need. That information reaches us when you call, send a WhatsApp message, submit the estimate form on this site, or email us.

This website does not run advertising trackers or sell data. Embedded Google Maps content on our contact and service-area pages is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform the work, invoice you, and keep the service records that our licenses and county regulations require us to keep. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to complete your job — for example a supplier delivering a fixture to your address, or a county inspector reviewing a permit issued for your property. We also share information where the law requires it.

WhatsApp and phone contact

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are delivered through WhatsApp's own service and are subject to their terms and privacy policy. Photos you send us are used to diagnose and quote your job, and are not published anywhere without your permission.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to Lorentesplubing@gmail.com and we will respond.
