The content on this site describes the services we offer and gives general guidance about common plumbing problems. It is not a diagnosis of your specific situation and it is not a substitute for having a licensed contractor inspect your property. Do not attempt gas work, sewer work or electrical work yourself on the basis of anything written here.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and are given in writing after we have seen the job. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation. Prices depend on what we find on site, and any change to an agreed scope is quoted in writing before it is performed.

Our guarantee

Our workmanship is guaranteed. If work we performed is not functioning as it should, contact us and we will return to address it. The guarantee covers our own work; it does not cover damage caused by third parties, by misuse, or by parts of a system we did not install or were not asked to repair.

Emergency response times

We offer 24-hour service and we give realistic arrival estimates when you call. Response times depend on crew availability, traffic and weather conditions across Miami-Dade County and are not guaranteed.
